As outlined in my Bloggers, my biggest gripe is the Criminal Justice System - particularly the JUDICIAL COMPONENT of that System. The System is comprised of three components:

Law Enforcement:  Police, Sheriffs, Marshalls

Judicial:  Judges, Prosecutors, Defense Attorneys

Corrections:  Officials, Probation, Parole



I was falsely imprisoned, tasered chest, August 25, 2004 - October 10, 2007, and am still seeking justice.  So desperately wanting, that I had to write to the International Court of Justice, which I am still awaiting a reply.

So far, I am still encountering false association claims; intentional inflictions of emotional distress, abuse of process, abuse excuses, via prosecutorial vindictiveness, with their demonstrative moral depravities. 

IF THIS ISN'T YOUR CLASSIC CASE OF A PATHETIC PATTERN OF UNCONSTITUTIONAL POLICING!!!

Am I suffering from LEGAL ABUSE SYNDROME (LAS) -- NO -- just blowing off some steam!!!.

And, this is why the Judicial Component of the Criminal Justice System, who engineered and orchestrated this HOAX,  should be declared CIVILLY DEAD!!!! (they are THE LAW - (Window Dressers, With Deceptive Practices).
